Dan is a board-certified R.M.T. with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Canadian College of Health Sciences and Technology (CCHST) in Windsor, Ontario, and he also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) from Western University. Native of Vancouver, BC, he moved to Ontario in 2008 and has lived in Southwestern Ontario since. While in Windsor he worked closely with the University of Windsor Lancers Varsity athletes; namely the Track & Field/XC program.
Away from the clinic setting Dan is a student at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. He has had great results with the patients using a combination of massage and manual therapy techniques (e.x. Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Active Inhibition, etc.) along with other treatment modalities such as cupping and fascial work to help individuals recover from injury and return to competition form. He also offers Acupuncture (CMA) treatments–as taught by the Neurofunctional Acupuncture Program at McMaster University–to further enhance the recovery, performance, and maintenance of his patients.
Dan has great passion for his profession; working with active bodies and helping those around him live a healthy active live-style. Tailoring each treatment to the individual’s specific needs, his outgoing and caring personality provides those he treats with a safe and quick road to recovery.
