Andrew Mayer graduated from Western University with an Honors degree in Kinesiology in 2007, before furthering his education with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Western in 2009.
Since the beginning of his career, Andrew has worked in private practice, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. He is certified in acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, movement-based therapy (SFMA), concussion rehabilitation and vestibular therapy. This enables him to offer a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Andrew utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and acupuncture to help clients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals. His treatment philosophy is rooted in personalized care, with a focus on understanding each patient’s unique needs and designing tailored programs for optimal results.
Outside of his clinical work, Andrew stays active and enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves camping, hiking, playing hockey, skiing, and golfing, and he cherishes quality time with his two young children. His personal commitment to health and wellness informs his approach to patient care, as he encourages clients to lead active and fulfilling lives.
